The Festival
More Than a Competition
Signature Dance Festival brings young soloists together to learn by day and perform by night.
Across a multi-day festival, dancers take ballet and contemporary classes, receive one-on-one coaching on their own solos, and perform on stage at our selected venue. It is a festival built around the dancer's growth, not only the result.
It is open to soloists aged 10 to 18, in two age groups: 10 to 14 years and 15 to 18 years.

Classes
In the Studio
Ballet and contemporary classes that stretch technique and artistry.
Private Coaching
One on One
Individual coaching on each dancer's own solo work.
Performance
On the Stage
Two solos for every dancer, one classical and one contemporary, performed at our selected venue before an adjudication panel.

The Signature Difference
The entire experience is your performance.
At Signature, how a dancer carries themselves counts. Poise, etiquette and professionalism are part of the festival from the moment they arrive: in class, in the wings and on stage.
Dancers are assessed across the whole festival: on stage, in class, in their coaching, and in their etiquette and poise. Our directors never judge.

For Families
An Occasion for the Whole Family

More details for families will be announced with the programme.
Questions
Good to Know
What is Signature Dance Festival?
A multi-day classical ballet and contemporary dance festival for young soloists, held on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 2027. It brings together the classes and coaching of a ballet intensive with the stage performances of a solo competition.

It is a competition, and more than a competition.
